Terms of Service — CiviQ Web Admin Portal

1. Purpose

The CiviQ Web Admin Portal provides administrative and analytical tools for managing communities, user accounts, security operations, and integrations related to the CiviQ ecosystem (including the CiviQ – Members and CiviQ – Gatekeepers apps).

2. Eligibility

Only authorized personnel of verified communities, partners, or AlongX Software are permitted to access this Portal. You must:

• Have a valid administrator account.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Use the Portal only for authorized administrative purposes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring that all activity performed under your account is authorized.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access, alter, or use data belonging to other communities or users without permission.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Portal's source code or structure.
• Use the Portal for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

5. Data Access and Ownership

All data accessed through the Portal (including community analytics, member details, and security logs) remains the property of the respective community and its users.

AlongX Software acts as a data processor and provides infrastructure and security to manage this data responsibly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and designs within the CiviQ Portal are the intellectual property of AlongX Software Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous Portal availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform updates, maintenance, or suspend services temporarily without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided on an "as-is" basis. AlongX Software is not responsible for:

• Data loss or service interruptions caused by network or third-party systems.
• Inaccurate or incomplete data resulting from user inputs.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this Portal.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse administrative privileges.
• Your organization or community partnership with AlongX Software ends.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be effective once posted on the Portal. Continued use after such updates implies acceptance of the new Terms.
